Water Taxi Beach South Street Seaport is located along the East River on the north side of Pier 17 a toss of sand away from the center of the Brooklyn Bridge. The closest street address is Fulton Street at South Street.

Weekday Evenings: Catch the tail end of East River commuter service to Pier 11 and walk north for about a block and a half. Check the East River Schedule from Manhattan and Brooklyn

Weekends Daytime: Take New York Water Taxi’s Hop-on/Hop-off service to South Street Seaport, Pier 17.

By Subway

2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, M, Z lines to Fulton Street/Broadway Nassau. Walk east on Fulton Street to Water Street.

By Car

From the West Side, take West Street southbound. Follow signs to FDR Drive. Take underpass, keep right, take Exit 1 at end of underpass. Turn right on South Street, go six blocks. From the East Side, take FDR Drive south to Exit 3 onto South Street. Proceed about 1 mile.

By Bus

M15 (South Ferry-bound) down Second Avenue to Fulton Street.
